How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order, we recommend doing so as quickly as possible. Orders are processed rapidly, so there’s a limited window for cancellation. To cancel, log into your account and navigate to your order history. If your order hasn’t been shipped or processed yet, you’ll see the option to cancel it directly from the order details page. Simply click “Cancel Order” and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.

If the option to cancel is not available, this means your order is already in the processing or shipping stage, and unfortunately, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, you can still return the item once it arrives. Please check our return policy for instructions on how to initiate a return.

Keep in mind that cancellations are not guaranteed once the order is in the fulfillment or shipping stage, but we’re committed to helping resolve any concerns you may have.
