If you wish to cancel, please act quickly—orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipping. Once an order is being packed or has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible. If that option isn’t available, it means the order is already being prepared or has left our facility.
Please note that once an item is shipped, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then follow our return process if you still wish to send it back. Our team works quickly to get your items to you, which limits the time available for cancellations. If your order includes multiple items, it’s possible that only part of the order can be canceled depending on processing status.
